We are pleased to provide our clients with two different management plans, to better match dedicated server management services with both their needs and their internal IT resources.  Our "base" management plan consists of a range of services that are best characterized with a "semi-managed" designation.  In our "Sid Black" management plan, we offer an additional range of services, representing a complete, 100% "client's-hands-off," fully managed solution.  Common to both plans are free server monitoring (and reaction), no-charge initial setup, installation of required updates, consultation with one of our administrators, and complete access to our 24/7 support services.  Our fully managed solution adds unlimited consultation, free SSL certificates, service management and monitoring (i.e. IMAP, POP, SMTP, HTTPD, MySQL, Java, Control Panels and 3rd Party software), full backup, virus scanning, security lock-downs, monthly security audits, and firewall configuration/management.  A comparison chart can be found below:
